We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Luna Moon Bolts Auto Parts & Fasteners LLC. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Parts that have been installed, used, altered, damaged, or modified
- Opened motor oil, fluids, lubricants, or other sealed products
- Electrical or electronic parts that have been installed or opened
- Special-order or custom-order items, unless defective or incorrect due to our error
- Items sold as final sale or clearance
Customers are responsible for confirming vehicle, equipment, size, thread, and application compatibility before purchase. If you are unsure whether a part will fit your application, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to assist.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Luna Moon Bolts Auto Parts & Fasteners LLC.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective when received.
